🪂 HE DID IT! ✈️

Our first team player, Delarno Peart-smith, has officially taken the leap from 10,000ft and we're delighted to say he landed safely! 😅🪂

A huge congratulations to Del for stepping out of his comfort zone (and out of a perfectly good aeroplane!)

This fundraiser is supporting Dementia Singing Friends, a wonderful local charity that supports people living with dementia, along with their families and carers through singing sessions, activities and social events that bring joy, companionship and connection to so many in our community.

Funds raised will be split equally between Dementia Singing Friends and our Player Pathway, helping to create opportunities for current and future players at the club.

Our first team player, Delarno Peart-smith, is just moments away from getting onto a perfectly good aeroplane…

…and then jumping out of it from 10,000ft 😅🪂

Del is taking on this incredible challenge to raise money for Dementia Singing Friends, a fantastic local charity that supports people living with dementia, along with their families and carers. Through weekly singing sessions, trips, activities and social events, they provide companionship, joy and meaningful experiences to so many people across our community 💙

Funds raised will be split equally between Dementia Singing Friends and our Player Pathway, helping to create opportunities for current and future players at the club.

We've already raised an amazing £760 thanks to your generosity, but there's still time to support this brilliant cause.

After one postponement and plenty of nervous waiting, the day has finally arrived…

This morning, Del Delarno Peart-smith will be taking the leap from 10,000ft in support of two incredible causes 💙

Thanks to your amazing generosity, we’ve already raised an incredible £685!

Funds raised will be split equally between Dementia Singing Friends and our Player Pathway, supporting a fantastic local charity while creating opportunities for current and future players.

Del's skydive is taking place this Sunday (14th June) at 11am 🪂✈️

The jump was originally postponed due to the weather, but we're now good to go and it would be great to see some familiar faces there supporting him on the day.

This fundraiser was organised to support both Dementia Singing Friends and our Player Pathway, helping to create opportunities for current and future players within the club.

We've already raised an incredible £655, but there's still time to donate and help us push towards our target.

🏆 One of our favourite things to do at the end of each season is celebrate with our teams and recognise our fantastic players, coaches and wider football family!

We loved seeing our Vipers, Sabres, Dynamites, Rockets, Tigers and Dragons all under one roof!

We hope that everyone that joined us at our first presentation evening had a great time!
