ECKA Core Kickboxing Core Kickboxing MK is a karate and kickboxing club dedicated to teaching children and adults

Based on one of the UK's leading martial arts, Core Kickboxing MK - ECKA has a dual purpose; to teach you kickboxing and improve your fitness. Our martial arts syllabus is built around both competition (optional) and self defence, covering open and closed hand techniques as well as kicks, knee strikes and elbow strikes. The modern martial art of kickboxing was founded from karate with additional t

echniques taken from western boxing and thai boxing.


•ECKA associate and affiliated to the WAKO
•Seperate adults and childrens classes as well as family classes offered
•All ECKA instructors are fully qualified and insured black belts, first aid trained and DBS approved
•Access to competition from club level to international title
•Regular gradings and seminars
•Comprehensive insurance for students
•Membership applies to all ECKA Kickboxing and Karate academies throughout the UK
