I’m so happy to be introducing two new Sunday morning classes with David from next Sunday 13th September.

6.30-9.15am Ashtanga Mysore-style practice
8:00-9:15am Ashtanga counted style practice (in parallel)
More info: https://davidkeens.yoga/

Mysore-style self-practice doors open at 6:30am, arrive anytime but finish your practice by 9:15am. A self-practice usually takes somewhere between 60 and 90 minutes.

Led–counted practice starts at 8am, and takes 75 minutes.

No booking necessary. Just turn up.

About the practice:

Ashtanga is a moving, breathing, flowing style of yoga practice. You learn a structured sequence of yoga postures and movements, one at a time, at your own pace.

Mysore-style self-practice is a way of learning Ashtanga individually within a group, with everyone practising their own sequence, at their own pace. Teaching is personalised to the individual, with one-to-one instruction and guidance. You don’t need to know the sequence to start. You’ll learn it posture by posture, and your practice will grow week by week. The practice becomes your own.

In the led–counted practice, instruction is given to the group, along with the traditional ‘count’ that the practice follows. Everyone moves together as a group. If you’ve done a group yoga class before, this will feel more familiar.

Mysore-style is a great way to start a yoga practice because you’re taught one-to-one. But if you prefer more of a group class vibe, then the led–counted practice is also suitable for beginners.

Eve has recently moved to Wolverton from Manchester, and she brings with her a passion for creating inclusive community spaces for her students.

When: From Tuesday 1st September 5pm to 6pm
Booking link: https://www.eventbrite.com/o/eve-lauren-yoga-120758434007

About the class:
This is a 60-minute embodied yoga practice suitable for all bodies, brains and abilities.

In this class there will be guided movement and meditation focused on connecting body and breath, and underpinned by yogic philosophy. My style of practice focuses on inclusivity and providing you with agency to move in a way and pace that feels right for you, whilst still maintaining a guided framework of suggestions and invitations.

Whether you’re new to yoga or you practice regularly, the invitation is for you to come as you are to flow together in a relaxed and welcoming space.

A usual class will involve some guided meditation, guided flow through asanas (shapes) and restorative shapes. All of my classes can be adapted to disabilities, injuries and the needs in the room so please do email me if you have any questions or would like to chat ahead of practice: [email protected] or via Instagram

About Lauren:
I am a Trauma-informed Yoga Practitioner based in Milton Keynes.

The way I hold space is anchored by five core values; inclusivity, activism, embodiment, authenticity and philosophy. I am committed to providing people with a space to land with all that they are, to providing an inclusive practice for all brains and bodies, with a focus on how it feels not how it looks.

I am trained in offerings informed by ta***ic philosophy and somatic movement and am qualified in delivering community yoga. I am passionate about holding spaces that include everyone and am experienced in offering accessible yoga to a variety of people including those with neurodiversity, disabilities, chronic fatigue, hypermobility, autoimmune diseases and other mobility impacted conditions.

Through the practice of yoga we can learn so much on the mat, that supports us off the mat and I am grateful to share this with you. If this resonates with you, my invitation is to join me on the mat.

We are so pleased to be a new home for Nina’s class, who has so much light and wisdom to share!

Class: Restorative Yoga
When: Wednesdays 7.30pm–8.30pm
Booking Link: https://bookwhen.com/ninayogaart

About the class:
This class begins slowly, with gentle movement and a simple, short mindfulness practice to help you arrive – especially if your mind is still busy from the day.

From there, we settle into fully supported restorative poses, using bolsters, blankets and blocks to allow the body to soften, release tension and rest more deeply.

There’s nothing to achieve here. Just space to slow down, unwind and feel held. A gentle pathway into rest – especially if slowing down doesn’t come easily.

Ideal if you’re feeling tired, wired or simply in need of a midweek reset.

About your teacher:
Nina started her yoga journey at 18 and has embraced its magic ever since. She has a particular love of Restorative Yoga, mindfulness and creating welcoming spaces where people can slow down, reconnect and simply be.

Her teaching is supportive and light-hearted, helping students feel at ease while encouraging a deeper connection with both body and mind.

Alongside yoga, Nina teaches Mindful Mandala Art workshops through nina.yoga.art, bringing together her love of creativity, presence and making space for the mind to rest.

Her passion lies in taking the magic of yoga and mindfulness off the mat and into everyday life.

Note on parking: On-street parking is available around The Square and nearby streets. With redevelopment work currently taking place around the former Agora site, please allow a little extra time and check local parking restrictions.

About your teacher:
With a background in dance, Georgia has always loved to move. That love eventually led her to yoga and in 2021 she trained under Sweat Studios in Milton Keynes obtaining her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate.

This background in dance inspires her classes, exploring interesting ways to link movements and breath to create fun free flowing classes.

Georgia continued her professional development gaining her level 3 PT under GWD Performance in October 2022, Pregnancy Yoga training under Whitespace in May 2024 and more recently Yin & Restorative Yoga training under Urban Om in June 2026.

Georgia currently teaches a mixture of styles from Relaxation, Yin Yoga, Yoga Foundations, Slow Flows, Hatha, Vinyasa, Hot Yoga and Power Yoga. Georgia’s favourite part of teaching is hearing how regular practice has improved her students’ strength, mobility, mindset and overall wellbeing. That’s what it’s all about.

ℹ️Class Information
Every Sunday, Bachata Styling/ Dance Class, 2:00–3:00 PM.
Start with a 10–15 min warm-up and stretch, followed by focused dance training. Each week we rotate between:
• Arm styling
• Footwork
• Technique (spins, body rolls, isolations, posture)
You’ll learn a new combo each session to different music, helping you adapt to various speeds and styles.

💃 Why Train With Me?
I don’t just dance salsa or bachata—my journey began with ballet, then expanded through a BA in Contemporary Dance. Today, I combine that foundation with my passion for Latin styles like bachata and salsa, blending technique with expression. These styles beautifully match with the ballet and contemporary techniques I’ve trained in—particularly in arm styling, body rolls, and expressive movement. You’ll learn to move with precision, flow, elegance, and confidence.

✨ What You’ll Learn
• Arm styling and fluid movement
• Clean footwork and transitions
• Body isolation and control
• Spins and posture tips
• Choreography and improvisation
• Musicality and feminine expression

🎵Dance is more than steps—it’s confidence, connection, and creativity. Whether you’re new or leveling up, this class is your space to move, express, and have fun.
Let’s dance, sweat, and slay the dance floor—see you there! 💃🔥
