Lions Judo are proud to offer Finding your Feet (a program teaching older adults how to fall safely). This follows Kano’s philosophy of using Judo to make a positive contribution to society.

The programme will be held Our Lady & St Chad Catholic Academy WV10 8BL for 5 consecutive Tuesdays starting on 29th July.
