1️⃣ - Your diet isn’t full of whole fresh natural foods. On paper you don’t think your diets that bad or ‘that many calories’ but it’s full of processed meats, cereal, bread, snacks, sugary drinks etc. Good quality meats/fish, fruit/veg, beans, quality carbs & water should be your main focus.
2️⃣ - You arent prioritising protein and ‘filling’ foods. Under consuming adequate protein will lead to you being hungry. Not eating filling foods (non calorie dense such as vegetables, beans, protein) will also lead to you not feeling ‘full’ therefore always reaching for a snack.
3️⃣ - You don’t do enough general daily activity. Whether this be the gym, a sport or a lot of the time most importantly daily step count. Prioritise hitting a daily step target and you’ll burn a hell of a lot more calories on a daily basis.
