As coaches, we sometimes expect so much from our young competitors — but we must remember they’re still in the early tutelage of their craft.

Watching these young lions step into the ring with pride, determination, and pure enjoyment fills me with immense pride. I couldn’t be prouder to be part of their journey and to witness their growth, both as fighters and as individuals.

We grow together, we rise together… we fall together, but we’re always together.

Not recored all today’s sessions but it’s been a great day in the gym. I love this role I play, training people coaching fighters making people believe in themselves. As a coach you often have doubts of your methods, you have to analyse where you can be better to progress every individual but I love the challenge. Thank you to all that support my club, my dream, my passion. Hopefully I can add to your personal development. 🥊

At just 6yrs of age, this little champ is really developing his boxing skills. Confidence has grown, his hand eye cordination improved even his listening and focus has come on leaps and bounds. Boxing is more than just about getingt fit, having fun and developing skills. It’s discipline, focus, courage and so much more. We at Kaw kickboxing and boxing really enthasis on these points.
