4 Years Ago vs Now 🤩
Fitness isn’t just about the physical changes to your body but the mental changes.
I started my fitness journey, not only to lose weight but to gain confidence in myself and love my body. 4 years later and I’m obsessed with fitness, learning new things about my body and importantly being proud of how far I’ve come.
I’ve set myself new challenges and I’m excited to see how my body reacts.
