What a gorgeous Sunday with a few of our beautiful community at

Two Pilates classes, which ended with a bit of spice 😅 by .adams_pilates followed by a sauna, swim, ice baths, açai bowls and lots of laughter - you ladies are just the best 🤍

You know we love an event at CORE. And we are so excited to host our third summer of fun

And yes, our charity sports day - the most memorable event of the year is back! The space hoppers and potato sacks have been saved 😅 maybe we won’t do 15 minutes for each round this year?! 😅

Wellness Sunday at the Lakes is sold out & we have a few spaces remaining on our Pimms & Pilates event - please message to book 🎾

We do have some exciting events TBA so please keep your eyes on our socials for when the bookings go live 🤍

OUTDOOR MAT CLASSES ☀️

Next week the weather forecast looks like it’s time for Mat Pilates and Power outside ❤️‍🔥

We have opened up 12 spaces on Power classes (due to equipment) and doubled our Mat classes to 16 spaces!

Those of you who were on the waitlists will see you have not been booked on to your chosen class.

For anyone else who wants to enjoy some gorgeous Mat Pilates or our Power strength training, in the sunshine ☀️- head to the app and book now!

Outdoor classes from Sunday 24th May - Sunday 31st May. We will continue to hold outdoor classes depending on the weather but as we all know the uk weather isn’t the most predictable- please keep an eye on our socials each week to see where Mat classes will be held ☀️

We asked our community for some annual feedback and got the water works instead 🥹🤍

Each year we like to do annual reviews. We love knowing what we’re doing right, what needs improving and any feedback you may have - anonymously.

There’s always areas to improve on and there’s always comments like these that make us proud, happy and grateful.

Thank you to everyone who filled out our feedback forms - it’s so lovely to hear how much you love the community and the suggestions you’ve made - we will be implementing them in due course 🫶
