Sorry for the delay as I know people have been asking but here is the unedited version of YMCA 😁❤ My Thursday morning Aqua class at Bulmershe Leisure Centre have so much fun, that even the lane swimmers coming in after want to join in! 😉😁

Fitsteps won an award for the best dance based workout 2025 ☺😍💃🕺 With Strictly just starting, now would be a great time to come to a class and learn some of the basic steps of dances you will see them perform ☺
I have a Fitsteps FAB class, which is a low impact version of Fitsteps designed For All Bodies ☺, at Wokingham Leisure Centre on Wednesdays.
Currently this class is at 3.15pm - 4.15pm but we are looking at changing this to an earlier time for anyone who needs to pick up kids or grandkids after school
