Join us next week for your extended fitness class schedule. National Fitness Day on Wednesday 18th September 2024 & World Wellness Weekend 20-22 September 2024.

For both events we are fundraising money for Macmillan Cancer Support . Bring friends and family along to join in with both events.

Sessions to look forward to:
🥊 Box Fit 🏃‍♂️ Circuits 🙆 Stretching 🕺Dance Fit 🪩 80’s Aerobics

On National Fitness Day we will have a visit from the Mayor of Wokingham to open the event for us. Everyone is welcome to join us on the day. £5.00 per session for non-members and hotel guests.

On World Wellness Weekend there will be 2 sessions running per day between 20-22 September 2024. Everyone is welcome to join us on the day. £8.00 per session or £24.00 for the weekend.
Any 🧖 spa treatments booked during this weekend will receive 15% discount on bookings over £20.00.

Join us for two great events taking place in September 2024. 😃

18 September 2024 get active with National Fitness Day. Various activities are being planned for this day. Starting at 10:30am, look forward to full group exercise schedule. Event will be Free for members to attend. 🏃 🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♂️ Non members will be charged £8 per person with funds raised going towards Macmillan cancer research.

20-22 September 2024 we are joining 150 countries. Taking part in the worldwide wellness weekend. During the weekend there will be different activities running. 15% off any treatments booked over the weekend. Quote www24 to receive your exclusive discount.
Non-members and guests will be charged £8 entry per person to each activity or £24 for three activities. All proceeds raised will go towards Macmillan cancer research.

Bookings for both events will open on Monday 2 September 2024. Don’t miss out! Spaces are limited.
