This week saw the launch of our Move for 30 campaign which sees our partner South Western Railway deploy a highly engaged event based around movement across its entire workforce. Being the most inclusive event means that everyone can take part and the rules are simple:

Teams of 6 will complete 30 minutes of activity each and every day, for 30 days. Individuals who complete at least 30 minutes of activity in a single day will gain a ‘point’ for their team.

Could any of your teams get the maximum 180 points?
