Loft is your friend.

The way balls are constructed today, they spin less... which means you need more loft to keep the ball airborne longer.

It's pretty simple, the longer that ball stays in the air, the more distance you get.

That's why you hear about "high launch-low spin" when the pros talk about their drives.

But most of us do not have the clubhead speed to launch at the ideal trajectory of between 14 and 17 degrees. We need more lofted drivers to achieve that.

SOME ADVICE, look for drivers with at least 10.5 degrees. And if you are a regular flex player, consider a 12.5 / 13 degree ... the results will surprise you.

Great fun today with the Feel Inspired Satellite Club. Our Christmas Family Festival went down a treat in spite of the wintry weather.
Golf balls were snow balls and we played: The race to Christmas, wreath chipping, baubles putting and much more.
