New time of 2 - 2.45pm starts tomorrow, Wednesday 8th October at Wokingham Leisure Centre so you can now do this class before picking up your children or grandchildren from school! Woohoo! ☺️ Come and join us and Keeeeep dancing! 😉💃🕺

Fitsteps won an award for the best dance based workout 2025 ☺😍💃🕺 With Strictly just starting, now would be a great time to come to a class and learn some of the basic steps of dances you will see them perform ☺
I have a Fitsteps FAB class, which is a low impact version of Fitsteps designed For All Bodies ☺, at Wokingham Leisure Centre on Wednesdays.
Currently this class is at 3.15pm - 4.15pm but we are looking at changing this to an earlier time for anyone who needs to pick up kids or grandkids after school

Fitsteps is back at Wokingham Leisure Centre today 3.15pm, who's coming to join us? ☺️💃🕺

I am pleased to announce I will be bringing Fitsteps to Wokingham Leisure Centre from next Wednesday afternoon (3rd April) This will be Fitsteps FAB (Low impact) initially because it is replacing one of the SHINE Ballroom classes but it can still be high intensity with dances such as the Bhangra, Charleston and Disco, as well as some more traditional Ballroom such as the Foxtrot and Flamenco to name just a few ☺💃🕺
If you have been doing Ballroom or other dance fitness classes through SHINE, please do come and give it a go. Or if you are looking for a fun, low impact, dance fitness class in the day, please come and join us

I have had an amazing weekend celebrating with my family ☺️🥰❤🥳🎂🍰🥂🍷🥳
Now looking forward to "celebrating" with my classes this week with my special birthday, party, Halloween playlists with tutus, tiaras and neon! 🥳💃🕺🥳😁

This is the last week of term for some of my classes. From next week there will only be 6pm Zumba on Tuesdays and Fittseps FAB 10am on Fridays at Wokingham Baptist Church for a few weeks until my holiday at the end of August. There will be one more Fun Dance Fitness class next Wednesday (2nd August) 6.30pm at Evendons Primary School with several spaces if anyone would like to join us for the last class until September ☺️💃

The later Zumba class on Tuesdays, Fun Dance Fitness and Barre Remix will all return in September ☺

I now have confirmation that Wokingham Baptist Church is available on a Thursday evening so I am planning to finally start my Barre class after Easter (with a possible short trial session before that)
I am not sure yet if it will be Barre Flow, Barre Basics or a "Remix" Here is a clip of Barre Flow.

Just a little clip from my noisy and fun Fitsteps FAB class on Fridays! 😍😁
Camera work is a bit shaky as I was trying to walk round to get everyone in and make sure they kept dancing!lol! But just wanted to try and capture the fun we have in this class 😉
