It’s time to start building healthy eating habits and consistent exercise routines going into the winter.
It’s easy to fall off and gain a few pounds of fat, staying inside because it’s cold and wet, eating rich foods, drinking alcohol because there’s nothing to do but don’t be that person this year.
Being consistent over winter will put you on the right path going into the new year! Not only will your body thank you for it, you’ll have a better mindset.

The easiest way to find the right amount of calories you should be eating each day is to find out what your BMR ( basal metabolic rate) is. Check out this link below to work out yours. Once you enter your info, underneath it will show calorie needs based on activity level. Find your fit and match the calories. If you want to lose weight. Just eat 200 to 300 less than what it shows. If you want to gain weight add 200/300 calories. Pretty simple for us people who have normal lives, work long hours and look after kids. I’ve been using this method with my clients since I started personal training 12 years ago! It ALWAYS works. Most clients I’ve come across fall into the sedentary range, even if you train once or twice a week and sit down for the rest of it! So pick wisely

Our Story

I’m Rob Galardo a personal trainer based in Wokingham. I have lots of experience working with people who come to me looking to lose weight, reduce body fat and gain some lean muscle. I have clients that have lost over 35kg following my workout and diet plans. This is done through setting macros on myfitnesspal which gives people freedom to eat what they want as long as it fits your daily allowance. Creating a slight deficit from diet plus a further deficit through exercise this combined has great results! “FOCUS, DETERMINATION & PROGRESSION“
