I started this yesterday at Parthian Climbing Southampton between climbing sessions. I'm taking one day a week off from SAOS to climb (or veg).

At Lockwood Studios, we're open until the 21st June 1100-1700

My 8 x 10" geometric works are priced uniformly at £180
They're £340 for two and £480 for three.

Respectively, you save £10 for each piece or £20 for each piece.

Tonight I swim with Sporting Champions
..I don't think I can avoid rush hour - ho hum!!

Getting psyched for a World Series event in Para-Climbing in Laval, France which is my next comp. I couldn't afford Innsbruck this year.

June is Open Studios and I was in throughout the weekend trying to finish a large piece of work that was due to be hung today.

Swim was 1230. Only got 1200 meters done.
Sauna wasn't relaxing. And gym 1430 -1830 i guess.
Swim #2 at 1830 maybe...

I dropped passed to the pink shed, but I chose a weekend and mother cupboard was bare.

I was only yesterday extolling the new suger free me. The body craves for a reason!

Oh pick up was Alton - 6 miles down road but lazy Laurence is going postal.
