As well as a mat or carpeted surface, you will need a stretchy band (medium) and a small Pilates ball (7 inch diameter ideal).

We use these props in the majority of our classes.

Sometimes we need no props, and sometimes I’ll ask you to bring household props such as tins of beans to act as light handweights.

Please don’t feel as though you have to spend a lot of money or time kitting yourself out.

Just turn up as you are, everybody is welcome.

Live classes run at 6pm on Mondays and 8am on Thursdays (UK times) and are recorded and saved to a video library.

Everyone is welcome to Lou’s Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra class on 28th May at 6.30pm. We have limited spots in person at my Home Studio and unlimited spaces on Zoom.

I will be joining from in France so geography is no barrier on Zoom!

Expect Lou’s soothing voice, a small number of poses supported by props, slow transitions, and a relaxing spoken meditation.
