Confidence starts here. Our Kids & Juniors Martial Arts classes are high-energy, structured sessions designed to help children grow in confidence, focus and resilience — while having an amazing time along the way.

Taught by World Champion Martial Artists, classes are packed with pad work, kicking drills, fitness, self defence, teamwork and plenty of encouragement in a positive and supportive environment.

Whether your child is shy, lacking confidence, glued to screens or simply needs a positive outlet for their energy, Martial Arts can make a huge difference both on and off the mats.

A welcoming environment where students are encouraged to challenge themselves, build discipline, make friends and feel proud of their progress.

A little late I know! But! What an incredible day at interclub last weekend. Exceptionally well run competition, excellent reffing, timings were perfect - honestly - we had the BEST day!! Cannot wait for the next one! Hugely proud of our MXA Warriors - we took a smaller team than usual due to holidays but they smashed it!!
