You can now join Cristina for some fun stretching and balancing on the last Sunday of each month, starting this coming Sunday! Balances include:-

- headstands
- handstands
- elbow stands
- standing balances
- crocs
- and variations on all of the above!

Classes cover fun entries and exits for balances too, as well as a good stretch! The main focuses in stretch are:-

- all-over stretching
- splits flexibility
- back flexibility

Hello friends! We’ve dropped an email out to our regular students about details of a proposed Act Creation & Showcase Course… keep an eye out for it if this is of interest to you - we’ll need registrations of interest by Wednesday 6 Sept.

Any of our students can sign up for the course, there is no minimum ability requirement.

Note that we won’t be learning new moves during the course, so it’s likely to be most suitable for students who already feel comfortable with at least 5 moves (of any level) and can do these without assistance.

You can perform your routine at the end of the course in the showcase session if you wish, but there is no obligation to do so. The main aim of the course is to have fun doing something a bit different!
