Have you had a little ni**le that's been troubling you for more than a few days? A little ni**le can turn into a chronic injury. Getting it checked and treated before it becomes worse can prevent long painful bouts and prevent other structures of your body becoming affected. Tight hamstrings can lead to back pain. A deep tissue massage and management plan can decrease the chances of this happening.
