Best individual score over 18 holes will gain a place on Team Surrey, Tie = 5 Penalty Putts.

⛳️ - Saturday 29th September
⛳️ - During practice for Super Series Final
⛳️ - @ Twisted Stone Golf Club, Woking
⏰ - Registration 13:30, Start 14:00.

To book your place, simply reply to this post that you’d like to enter, pay the practice fee on the day and that’s it.

Please note - UK Tour dress code will apply for this completion.

Criteria for Team Surrey

💙 - Reside/Play for Footgolf Club in Surrey
💙 - UK Tour member
💙 - Must be 16 or over
💙 - All categories welcome

🏅 - Congratulations to Mark Scotchford who becomes the second player to qualify for Team Surrey.

Mark will join Matt Donovan at the County Championships in October as his T8 finish at the UK Open last week meant he was the highest Surrey based finisher.

There are still 6 places up for grabs -

Celtic Manor highest Am - Matt Donovan
UK Open highest placed - Mark Scotchford
In House qualifier - TBC
Captains Pick - TBC

Followed by the next 4 players no qualified in the player of the year rankings.

Congratulations to Redhills Matt Donovan who is the first player to qualify for Team Surrey for this years County Championships, Matt gains his place by finishing as the highest Surrey Based amateur at The International last weekend.

Matt beat his Redhill teammate James Harcourt by 1 shot with a steady score of +5 at Celtic Manor on Sunday.

The other qualification places are as follows -

The last player to gain a place on Team Surrey for the upcoming County Championships is Adam Piggy Piggott.

A very popular face on the UK Tour, Adam has probably under-achieved slightly this season but Skipper Mark Scotchford is very confident in his ability and believes his class will come through when it matters...

We would also like to announce Slovakian International Hubert Martinkovic as the official reserve, should any player be unable to attend Hubert will be asked to step in.

The next player to make it in to Team Surrey is Dan Lee, After recently finishing Tied 5th at the southern Summer Swing, Dan has proved he can mix it with the top players.

A very solid putter with an extremely consistent left foot, Dan will definitely be a "Monster" addition to this Surrey Team.

Over the next few days we will be announcing the players that will be joining Mark Scotchford's Team Surrey at the county championships next month...

With Luke Whiteman and Paul Tickner already confirmed 6 places were up for grabs including one reserve...

Mark Eaglestone almost picks himself, over 45s UK Champion 2016, Jansen Cup Winner and Current UK over 45s number 1, Eagles was one of the first on the team sheet!

So with The National County Championships fast approaching, we have decided to award 2 players a place in the Surrey A Team via "a Captains Pick".

With so many good players to chose from, It hasn't been an easy choice, Surrey Captain Mark Scotchford said, he didn't want to just award the strongest players, but players that posses the qualities needed when playing in a team environment.

The first captains pick will be awarded to Richings Park Vice Captain Paul Tickner, Paul has vastly improved this year and is one of our most consistent players, Paul has also played a huge part in Richings Parks league campaign making the pairs matches nearly every match.

The second place goes to "The FootGolf model" Luke Whiteman, Luke is a highly regarded player on the UK Tour and has shown his ability to excel in a team format when he and Surrey team mate Lee Brompton won a stage of the winter pairs series, both players will form part of a 8 man squad travelling to Cold Ashby later this year.

For anyone else that would like to make it into to Surrey's County can take part in a 36 holes shoot out at Richings Park this coming Saturday from 1:30, any question message us now!

Now is the time...

We are proud to announce The Surrey Footgolf Champions League!!!

We will be holding a Champions League Qualifier at Richings Park on Saturday 18th February from 11am, no maximum entries, 36 holes of Footgolf, the best 16 scores will go through to the champions league final at Wexham Park on Saturday 25th March.

The qualifier at Richings will be £25 which will include a hot sandwich lunch.

There will also be a longest drive and closest to the pin competition, with some great prizes up for grabs.

The format for Champions league Final at Wexham Park -

16 players, 4 groups of 4. (Drawn randomly)

3 group Matches - top 2 go through to Quarters, Semis and Final including 3rd and 4th play off, with prizes for top 3.

The final groups will play up to 56 holes of Footgolf, everyone will play at least 27 holes

Each group game will be played in a 4 ball format (2 matches in 1 flight)

This competition has been designed to encourage some new players, any new players will get £5 off of the qualifier.

If you qualify for the final the entry fee will also be £25.

Prize fund at the final will depend on entries and will pay top 3.
