🎾 WORLD TENNIS MASTERS 400 RETURNS TO WOKING!

📍 Woking Lawn Tennis & Croquet Club, Woking, Great Britain

One of the UK’s most popular Masters 400 tournaments returns for another fantastic week of international tennis, featuring players from the 30s through to the 80s competing in singles, doubles and mixed doubles.

🚨 Entries close at 10.00am on Tuesday 8 September. Enter now through the World Tennis website - itftennis.com

Play begins from 9.30am each day across our six artificial clay courts, and spectators are very welcome. Come along, enjoy the atmosphere and watch some brilliant competitive tennis!

Huge congratulations to Woking coaches Jamie & Johnny, who put in a massive effort representing Berkshire +35s at the LTA County Cup this weekend! 👏

Playing on the stunning grass at Eastbourne Tennis Centre, the team beat all the other counties in their division to secure a brilliant promotion for next season! 💪🔥

Join us on the grass courts this afternoon for a special wheelchair tennis exhibition match as part of the 98th Woking Open 🎾 featuring two of the UK’s leading players:

JACK WELLS – A 2025 National Championships semi-finalist and one of the country’s top talents. Jack has excelled on court since having his left leg amputated following cancer 💪.

THOMAS DODDS – A former South African junior international 🌍 who reached a career-high world ranking of 29. Thomas competes with one of the highest spinal cord injuries on the ITF Tour and continues to raise awareness of wheelchair tennis internationally 🌟.

We would love to see you there to support both players 🙌 and enjoy some outstanding tennis! 🎉

A fantastic effort from our Ladies’ Team, who travelled all the way to Taunton for the Seniors National Competition! 🎾👏

With the match level on rubbers and sets, it all came down to a games countback — and they missed out by the narrowest of margins, 39–37. Agonisingly close, but a brilliant performance from the whole team! 😭💪

🎾 Woking Open 2026 x Babolat Cup 🏆

We’re delighted that the 98th Woking Open will be part of the Babolat Cup series, giving our U12 boys and girls the chance to compete in one of the UK qualifying events for this exciting European competition.

The Babolat Cup is designed to give young players a fantastic tournament experience, with qualifying events across Europe and the opportunity for top performers to progress to the UK Finals at Edgbaston, followed by the Masters Finals at the Rafa Nadal Academy in Manacor 🇪🇸

A brilliant opportunity for our U12 players this summer — entries close at 10am on Sunday 5th July, so don’t miss out! ⏰
