💙 Men’s Health Week: Meet Darren
Darren has been dancing with First Dance Studios for the past six months and attends our Street/Commercial class.
“I’ve always danced to music throughout my life - at parties, events or just at home. Every time I hear house music, which is my favourite, some part of my body starts moving to the beat… or at least in my head!
Dancing makes you forget your worries and live in the moment. It helps with movement and coordination, improves your physical health and stimulates your mental wellbeing.”
