Spring is here!
Time to plan for the year ahead. We have new energy giving us a clear vision and sense of purpose. A time for personal growth and new challenges. Maybe now is the time to start Yoga!
Glenn would like to invite you to join us at our established weekly yoga sessions (suitable for both beginners and more established practitioners) around Woking borough.

With warmer, (so they say! 🙂) longer days and shorter nights . Why not try yoga in order to experience a sense of real calm and balance in both body and mind -a respite in your busy life.?

I have a couple of spaces available, particularly on Wednesday evening at St Mary's Centre Byfleet at 7pm

Our classes resume next week starting from Monday 7th November for five weeks as we start the rapidly advancing progress up to Christmas!
It's a busy time of year so why not take a brief time out within your week to enjoy an hour or hour and a half that's devoted just to you and to your body.
There is availability in most classes and for £5 you can enjoy a taster class if you are new to my class.
