There’s so much more to Haus of Poise than being “just a studio”
For years after stopping dance, I felt lost. Life shifted, everything changed, and reconnecting with my body through Pilates became the thing that grounded me. Switching off for 50 minutes helped me find myself again
When I was a participant, I always noticed the people who were struggling, the ones who needed a little more support, a little more guidance. That’s when I knew I had to train, to step into teaching, and to start helping others in the way I once needed
Haus of Poise was built to be a safe, warm, welcoming space. Yes, I love a matching two‑piece. Yes, I’ve created an aesthetic studio. But at its core, this place is about care, community, and connection
It’s an inclusive space for all
As someone mixed‑race who’s often felt “in the middle” I wanted to create a studio that shows the Pilates world is for everyone, every body, every background, every story
This is movement with heart
This is Haus of Poise 🤍
