The heat is still on, but we are keeping things moving safely! ☀️ The great news! The air con is still blasting and keeping the gym nice and cool! ❄️

Here is exactly what is running and what is changed for tonight:

🟢 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM: Ladies Only Boxfit — RUNNING

❌ 7:15 PM - 8:30 PM : Enhanced Boxing Skills — CANCELLED

West Oxon Boxing Club is heading to the
**Witney Community Primary School Summer Fete** today, Saturday, 20th June!

Come find us between **11am and 3pm** for an action-packed day. We’ll be running live boxing demonstrations throughout the afternoon, and we’ll have a dedicated "have a go" area where anyone can lace up some gloves and try out a few combos! 🥊🔥

It’s completely **FREE ENTRY**, fun for the whole family, and a fantastic chance to see what WOBC is all about.

The work ethic in our Enhanced boxing class is infectious right now. These guys are putting the massive effort in every single week, and it’s showing in how they move, how they perform, and how they carry themselves.

The results these guys are showing in our Enhanced class didn't happen by accident, and they didn’t happen alone.

Our boxers understand this truth, we are only as strong as the community we build together.
