A massive thank you to everyone who came out to see us this weekend! 🥊

We had a brilliant time representing the club at both the Minster Lovell Festival and the Ducklington Flower Show. A huge shout-out to the event organisers for putting on such fantastic community days, and to every single person who stopped by our stand to chat, support us, and have a go on the pads.

We also couldn't have done it without our amazing club members. Thank you for giving up your time to help run the stand and put on such a sharp demo for the crowds.

Huge shoutout to the guys who showed up for the self-train session. It’s easy to bring the energy when a coach is calling the drills, but pushing yourself when it’s down to your own discipline is where the learning happens.

​While our weekday classes build your foundations, technique and fitness, these open self-train sessions are where you refine yours skills.

​Both sessions go hand-in-hand. Keep showing up, keep building, and let’s keep pushing each other forward.
