▫️This is Trevor’s most recent transformation. In 6 weeks he has managed to lose over 3kg whilst still being able to reach personal bests on exercises such as dumbbell chest press!

◾️We have been doing a mixture of cardio, weighted and bodyweight exercises during sessions to help improve Trevors strength whilst also keeping his heart rate high to burn more body fat and improve fitness levels.
