Due to popular demand we are introducing a new adult beginners swimming lessons on a Thursday at 7:15!

Its never too late to learn new skills and increase confidence in the water!
Swimming is a low impact exercise that is great for overall health and helps to reduce stress 💦

We're excited to introduce a brand-new swimming lesson specifically for teenagers who are beginners or lack confidence in water.
