My first studio in 2011 pre bubbas

Gutted to close this space but the timings didn't work out when the lease expired and I had a 3 month old.
I certainly couldn't do the 12hr days anymore.

These photos just popped up on my phone and such fond memories of hard work and passion for what I do.

Never stopped my coaching, just eased back for a bit and now have a flourishing studio in the countryside.

Quite a difference from how I started, but I still LOVE it and hope to keep growing the space.

Should be running, but it's cold and wet and just not in the mood.
Reformer workout it is until I find that extra motivation.

One little Red spring 😆...how can that be so challenging?

Body awareness , posture, breath, strength and mobility are all coming together ❤️

Track day- super sore muscles from resuming strength training this week. This little Pre warmup was perfect before a full pre run warm up at the track.
