CLASS BOOKINGS REMINDERS
Hello all, this is just a polite reminder for adult classes that you must book on by at 3.30pm at the latest if you are planning to attend a class.

If we do not have 3 or more students booked on the system by this time, the class cannot run and will need to be cancelled.

We get a lot of people message to say they are coming but if you are not on the system by 3.30pm the class will still be cancelled.

This is because many of our instructors do not live locally or have childcare to arrange etc. and we need to give them as much notice as possible as to whether their classes can go ahead.

So please make sure you book on the system as well as messaging us. Thanks everyone ☺️

This is just to remind everyone that our booking system has now switched to Groovio.
- Adult classes are already on there and ready to book! Any existing credits that were left on Gymcatch have been transferred over.
- Children's classes will be on there next month (please continue to book by the email link sent to you for June)

NEW BOOKING SYSTEM COMING SOON!
From 1st June we will be switching our booking system to Groovio. This switch will be for both adults AND children's classes so that we can have all bookings running from the same place.
We will still be using Gymcatch and Class4kids until the end of May however so please continue to use them for now.
However do feel free to visit the new system and create an account for yourself and your child if appropriate. At the end of May, any existing credits will be moved from the old systems over to the new one to use on there.

Mini Circus Club runs on Mondays at 4.20pm and is for children aged 3-6yrs.
If you have a sensory seeking child who loves spinning and hanging upside down, this is the place to be!

COMING SOON!

🎪 Saturday Circus Club 🎪

A new session for current KL Youth Students only!

This will be a monthly 1.5hr session on a Saturday morning for children who already attend a weekly class with us, to come in and practice their skills, get further support from instructors, and socialise with other children training at our studio.

It will run 1 x Saturday per month and is a great opportunity for those who want to up their training, particularly those who do not have their own equipment at home to practice with, and be a part of the studio community.

Keep your eyes peeled for when our first date will be announced!
