That endless scrolling, watching other people live your dream life?
It's not laziness. It's your brain trying to protect you from one specific fear.
And that fear is the deep belief that you're not actually good enough.
For years, this is what that looked like for me:
I'd spend hours scrolling, watching women build the exact life I wanted for myself, and I’d think, ‘I could do that… maybe even better.’ But I never did.
I'd convince myself I just needed one more podcast, one more book, one more YouTube video before I could finally start.
I’d even ask the universe for a sign… get one… and then decide I needed a second one, just to be absolutely sure.
I wasted years procrastinating. Not because I was lazy. Not because I didn't care.
But because every time I got close to starting, a voice in my head would whisper, 'You're not ready yet.'
And eventually, I started to believe that the problem was me. That I just didn't have what it takes, and the life I wanted wasn't meant for someone like me.
I just accepted it. This is who I am. These are the cards I've been dealt.
Until I found coaching and I realised something that changed everything:
That belief? It wasn't the truth. It was just a thought. And I actually had a choice. I could change the beliefs that were keeping me stuck.
And when I did, things started to shift. I began taking action *before* I felt ready. My confidence slowly grew. The procrastination started losing its grip.
Now I hear women say all the time, “I don’t have a choice. This is just how I am.”
And I always think the same thing… you do. You just haven’t been shown how yet.
Because when you start changing the belief system *underneath* the procrastination, everything else starts to move too.
That’s exactly why I created my new 5-day series, The Shift.
To help women uncover what’s really driving their
procrastination, make small but powerful shifts, and finally start becoming the woman they know they’re meant to be.
If this sounds like you, comment SHIFT and I’ll DM you the link. 💕
