Sometimes, a little fresh air, a walk around the course and a few swings are exactly what you need to reset.

Golf is not always about chasing your best score or hitting the perfect shot.

Sometimes, it is simply about stepping away from the everyday routine, spending time outdoors and enjoying the game at your own pace.

A good round can bring a change of scenery, a few laughs, some quiet moments and, hopefully, a couple of shots worth remembering.

One of the biggest worries for people starting golf is the fear of getting something wrong.

The good news is that you don’t need to know everything before you start.

A lot of golf etiquette is learned gradually through playing, watching others and asking questions when you're unsure.
