Slowed it down to work on legs, push and pull movements with the bars and dumbbells tonight!💪🏻 Threw in a couple of laps and some bodyweight supersets on the fence to break it up too. We avoided the rain and lugged a load of heavy stuff across the field for an hour with some team and partner bodyweight sets thrown in too.💦💪🏻 Emily and Hali both smashed it, Zoe aka the Ninja did her usual amount of moaning and Jon got a bit over zealous with the fireman carries?!👨🏼‍🚒🚒 All that plus dodging the e-bike things in the field made for a pretty decent session!💪🏻🔥 Well done team, see you Sunday! ⭐️MEMBERSHIPS FROM JUST £37.00 PER MONTH⭐️
