Throughout the week, we’ll be offering a number of exclusive one-to-one training appointments, giving you the chance to experience the benefits of personalised coaching and see how tailored support can help you reach your goals faster.

This Saturday Chris will be running the Joust 24 Hour in Worcester. 24 hours on the clock, and he’s going for 126km. 3 marathons, back to back.

Ann Ely is our member of the month. 🏆

Ann has doubled her treadmill duration and transformed her walking technique with progress she's built session by session since starting personal training at Benton Hall following a stroke.

Every part of her program has seen her progress; balance, coordination, mobility and endurance.

Happy one-month anniversary of our new courts! 🎾

It’s officially been one month since we opened our three brand-new padel courts, and we’ve loved seeing them come to life.

From first-time players discovering the game to plenty of competitive rallies, it’s been fantastic to see so many members getting out on court.
