morning all it is with the greatest of sadness that I tell you that the trustees have decided to close Community Iron, the Charity down.
This will mean that any non curriculum activities will have stopped with immediate effect.

Mark Sansom, Head of Operations of the Charity said: No one is more gutted about this than me, I have put the last ten years of my life into this charity, this was not a decision I support however I would personally like to thank each and every one of you that we have worked with or have taken part in any of our activities, we have met some amazing and inspiring people on this journey and you were the reason we went to work every day. We have had some great memories and hope you have to. Again from the bottom of my heart thank you all for your support along the way, I have had some of my proudest moments of my life in my time with Community Iron.

If any of you have any questions, or concerns about what this means for you or would like advice on what other activities you can attend please email [email protected]

Thank you from all Trustees, Management and Staff of Community Iron
