They offer a blend of physical restoration and mental tranquility by lengthening the entire back of the body and activating the parasympathetic nervous system.

Physical Benefits

✅ Stretches the back of the body. Lengthens the entire superficial posterior line. This includes your calves, hamstrings, glutes, and lower back muscles.

✅ Decompresses the Spine: Creates length and space between your vertebrae. This directly counteracts gravity and standard sitting postures.

✅ Aids Digestion: Compresses your abdominal cavity during the fold. This action provides a gentle massage to your liver, kidneys, and spleen.

✅ Improves Pelvic Circulation: Boosts oxygenated blood flow to reproductive and pelvic organs. This can help soothe menstrual cramps and menopausal symptoms.

✅ Relieves Back Pain: Releases hamstring tension that frequently pulls on the lower back.
