I hope everyone is well.

My availability has opened up again due to finishing a full time teaching role.

My current availability is:

Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 8am till 8pm.

My price list is as below:

Zoom: Bundle of 5 (5x1hr) = £100/£22.50 for an individual session

Outdoor (in my private garden using a well equipped outdoor gym)

Bundle of 5 = £150/£35 for an individual session

Online programming (no direct coaching but each session is tailored to suit your needs and goals. Also you will get a 30 min weekly video check in with me via WhatsApp or Zoom to discuss your progress)

Bundle of 5 = £65/£15 for an individual session

I currently only do 1:1 sessions, but would be willing to offer group Zoom sessions on a Monday, Wednesday and or Thursday evening if there is enough interest.

Benefits of strength training:

💪 Better body composition - less body fat, more lean muscle mass. Us ladies carry more body fat for evolutionary reasons and we do need a certain amount of body fat for our bodies to be able to menstruate and carry babies. Therefore it would be wrong to suggest that women should maintain very low levels of body fat for long periods of time.

💪 Boosts metabolism. Generally speaking, the average male has a metabolism up to 30% faster than the average woman. So yes that is why unfortunately ladies we can't eat the same as a man who has the same activity level as us without putting on some timber.

💪 Increased bone density - bone density declines with age, but for post menopausal women this is especially true due to hormonal changes.

💪 Reduces risk of injury.

💪 Improved mobility and functionality (more efficient and safer when performing daily tasks such as housework, DIY, etc)

💪 Can improve posture!

💪 Improves confidence - can make you feel like a boss. 😊

💪 Relieves stress - honestly throwing a barbell around can really be so cathartic.

Strength should therefore be a key part of your regular training. I am not saying cardio isn't beneficial. Cardio and strength training can compliment each other.

My availability has opened up again because I have now finished my studying and as of next week I am able to take on new clients again.

My current availability is:

Mondays 8am - 3:30pm and 6pm till 8pm.
Wednesdays 8am-12pm and 2pm till 3:30pm and 7-9pm
Fridays 8am till 8pm.
Saturday mornings 9am till 1pm.

My price list is as below:

Just a quick update about my availability. Unfortunately I do not have any availability for new clients at the moment. I am currently studying part time for level 2 and level 3 qualifications for personal training and I simply don't have the time especially with being a mum of a toddler as well.

If anyone does want any recommendations for coaches or personal trainers I can do so.

Are you struggling to find the motivation or time to workout from home? Need to fit in a quick sweat sess in-between meetings?

As of the 29th of March, I will be offering lunchtime sessions to clients via Zoom on Mondays and Thursdays.
This will be a 30 minute session of cardio using whatever equipment is available at home. Warm up and brief cool down will be included. Sessions can be booked between half 11 and 2pm and will be subject to availability.
These will be just £50 for a bundle of 5 (5 x 30 minute sessions) or £12.50 for an individual session. If enough people show interest I can offer group sessions on Zoom and offer even more of a discount on these sessions.

New additions to the workout space for my clients ☺️ Making those strength goals more attainable!

Hope everyone is staying safe, healthy and active.
As of the 29th of March (unless anything changes in the mean time) I will be able to coach clients one to one in my garden, socially distanced.
This means that clients will have more access to equipment including a new pull up bar, gymnastic rings and a bench as well as a wide range of kettle bells, dumbbells and resistance bands :) Everything you need for a good workout is right here.
All equipment is thoroughly disinfected before and after each session.
The workout space is a decked area with a sail overhead so it means that it is fairly well sheltered.
Outdoor sessions are just £150 for a block of 5 (5 hours in total) or £35 for an individual 1 hour session.

I tailor each session to a client's individuals needs and goals. I don't use generic ready made programmes across all clients like some coaches do as I believe that all training should be individualised to get the best results for my clients.

Hope everyone is well. We are nearly into March already and with some hope from the recent announcement from Boris, (fingers crossed) this year will pan out differently from last year.

Just a little update about my price list:

From the 1st of April it will look like this:

Zoom : Bundle of 5 = £100 / £22.50 for an individual session
Current price = £85 for a bundle of 5 and £20 for an individual session

Outdoors: Bundle of 5 = £150 / £35 for an individual session

Online programming (no direct coaching)
Bundle of 5 = £65 / £15 for an individual session

Once gyms are open again...

Indoors: Bundle of 5 = £162.50 / £37.50 for an individual session

I will be continuing to keep to all COVID guidance including the thorough disinfection of equipment used before and after each session, social distancing, etc.

I ask that all clients please continue to keep at least 2m away from myself throughout the session and use the hand sanitiser I provide before and after each session.
Even if you have had COVID recently or the vaccination, please still maintain this distance and hand sanitise as you can still carry the virus and transmit it.
I appreciate your continued support and understanding with this. It is important to continue to follow government guidance to keep us all safe from this horrible virus.

So no changes tonight for Essex in terms of the fitness industry.
I will be wearing a medical grade disposable mask for every session I coach outdoors one to one, as well as maintaining social distance as much as possible from clients. With the new strain making this virus more contagious, I feel it is best that I wear a mask at all times.
I will not be asking clients to wear a mask, they may do if they wish. I will be asking clients to hand sanitise when they arrive and before they leave as I always have done. I will provide hand sanitiser.
I also ask that clients use the NHS Covid app to check in every time they have a session. I have a bar code that can be scanned.

If a client presents COVID symptoms they need to inform me directly as soon as possible so that I can take necessary action. They should get a test as soon as they are able and self isolate until they get a result. Clients should only return to training once they have completed 10 days of isolation and have been clear of symptoms for at least 48 hours. Ideally you shouldn't train if you are feeling rundown or ill as it will only further drain the immune system.
