When was the last time you gave yourself a pat on the back?
Every day you're constantly pushing yourself to be better, it's what we're hard wired to do.
But very often it's at the expense of your levels of self worth. You actually end up feeling worse about yourself.
You constantly tell yourself what you're not good at, what you haven't achieve yet and how far you're away from your big goals.
So much so that you fail to notice the progress that you've made on your way to today.
I remember the day that I passed my level 3 PT diploma like it was yesterday. It was the first thing that I had ever passed with high marks.
I was so proud of myself. I was so happy.
That day started the most magical journey through this incredible industry.
I never take that moment for granted. So with every little milestone I think back to that very day.
Because they all matter, every little step in the right direction is a BIG WIN.
These wins are what we celebrate daily inside our coaching programmes.
I urge you to sit down this weekend and acknowledge everything that you've accomplished this week.
Look at what you've missed because you though it was minor.
✅ A new client signing up
✅ A client achieving a milestone in their training
✅ Finishing a book or completing a module in your course
✅ Achieving better engagement with your content
They all matter, but you don't celebrate them.
Get into the habit of acknowledging your wins.
Of course keep your eye on your big goals.
But remember the big goals are only achieved because you ticked off the wins along the way.
Be proud of everything that you're achieving every day.
Have a great weekend 👊🏻
