Some basic drills this morning and we're now starting to introduce light sparring to sessions. Getting a feel for putting into practice what has been drilled in class.

Juniors boxing Tuesdays and Thursdays. Not run by me but the excellent Dwayne. Great way to get your kids exercising, building focus and discipline.
