No pad work thought I’d give them a night off of having to think and just work up the heart rate zones and recover (yeah right recover)

first admission the other night was she struggles with squats…

So this mornings session was built around improving form.
We stripped the weight back assessed weaknesses and started to put things in place to improve her form long term.
Activating core before movement., not over tipping forward creating unbalance, looking at depth, ankle mobility to allow her to get lower in the position.
