We’re sorry - it’s flu season 🤧😷🤒
We are such a small team here at NSTAR. Mainly just our wee family. If one of us drops, the other has to step in, but add a sick baby into the mix and everything is a bit up in the air 🥹 For those that attend the studios and know us well, will know that we work extremely hard to keep our little business going, and to make it the most positive, welcoming environment for everyone. Granted, it’s been a challenge since Lucas has arrived. Two first time parents, not having a clue how hard parenthood could be. Shutting down part of the business because it affected my mental health, but then deciding to expand the business because NSTAR has so much potential and we want to step up our game and yours. Exhausted because our baby hasn’t slept in 10 months and we are trying to juggle everything, mostly on our own 😅 Still showing up and doing our best as much as we can.. but it’s not always possible. We are only human like you. We’ll make admin mistakes like you guys do in work. We’ll maybe run a few minutes late because we are also sitting in the same traffic as you, or we’re having to do a quick handover with the baby, one in, one out. We’ll need to call in sick when our wee family needs us too.
We just want to thank you all for being so understanding. For putting trust and belief in us, and continuing to support our studios. We are forever grateful 🥰💖 and let’s face it, I’ve always thrived in the chaos 😆
