🔴⚫️ CLUB ANNOUNCEMENT 🔴⚫️

The club would like to welcome back Harry Hadden as the clubs new manager for the upcoming campaign 🤝 We would like to thank Stephen Fox and his team for their hard work and dedication and delivering our first trophy in the Saturday football as they now move on 👏

Harry no stranger to the club led us to the Scottish cup final at Hampden and feels he can put a squad together to go and challenge for the top prize once again. His coaching staff will be confirmed in the days to come. The club will also be entering into new league which will also be confirmed and delighted to say that wishaw sports centres pitch is also under renovation and will be ready for the lads starting the season.

Let’s get behind the new manager and kick on again for the upcoming season ❤️🖤

Oban Saints v FC Pather

🚌 follow us and support the team for our last VITAL game of the season.

⚽️ Our final game is a 'League Decider' on Saturday the 13th of June 'away to Oban'.

We are running a 59 seater bus, from Ross's Bar but kick off time will determine what time the bus leaves.

🕑 For a 1pm kick off the bus will leave about 8.30am & for a 2pm kick off bus will leave about 9.30am. Details will be confirmed probably over the weekend or possibly on Monday.

The bus is already half full, so please if you are looking for a seat get your name down as soon as possible. To do so give your name and to Natalie behind the bar at Ross's Bar, or a committee member.

💰 Payments must be made upfront to cement your seat. Its £20 per head, that includes two teams on the football card with the winner receiving £100. £5 for kids (names of kids and payment must also be given upfront to ensure correct numbers)

WEST OF SCOTLAND CUP FINAL

This Friday sees us make the short trip to Hamilton to face St.Patricks FPS in the west final.

Very tough game for the lads but one we are all looking forward too with the chance of more silverware. We always have very good numbers to these games and ask for one more big push to help get the lads over the line.

Bunrigh cup final result

Fc Pather 4-1 Clydebank SM

The lads got their hands on the first bit of silverware since moving to Saturday football with a decent result and much improved second half performance 👏

The game started very sloppy with no team really getting control however we went 1-0 up from a free kick driven towards the back stick where Kyle Imrie was on hand to nod home. We had a few more chances to extend or lead but couldn’t convert and went into the break 1 ahead.

Second half started poor conceding a spot kick straight from kick off But big TJ not for the first time this year stood firm and kept us ahead. This seemed to rally us and we got our second from a clearance which led to Jonny Harrison going through one on one and he made no mistake in doubling our lead. We then made it 3, Long throw from Murphy right onto kingys head to nod home from close range with his first touch of the ball just on the pitch. Clydebank then pulled one back but Brian Ross sealed the game with a few moments left with a tidy finish inside the area. Great moment for the team and the club. We now turn our full attention to the west final on Friday night, Details to follow.

Bunrigh cup final

After a very disappointing result and performance in the cinema cup final we look to bounce back in the Bunrigh cup final this Tuesday night. The lads are looking to make things right as they still search for the first piece of silverware in Saturday football.

CINEMA CUP FINAL

This Friday we look to try and claim our first bit of silverware in Saturday football as we take on rutherglen glencairn in the cinema cup final.

Very tough game for the lads with the opposition flying high in Saturday morning football and done well in a number of the majors this year also. This is one the club are looking forward to after defeat in the final last year 👍

Once again we ask for as many people to make the effort to help push the lads on, The support has been phenomenal all year and doesn’t go unnoticed 👏👏

WEST OF SCOTLAND SEMI FINAL RESULT 🏆

FC Pather 3-1 Greenock High (after extra time)

We advance to the final of the west after another spirited performance coming from a goal behind with 20 minutes left to level the game and take it to extra time. First half finished goalless with Pather probably edging the overall play without too many chances in the final 3rd. We started slow in the second half and invited pressure and Greenock got the breakthrough. This then sparked the lads to wave after wave with a number of chances missed but then a great team move back to front resulted in the equaliser with ten to go but couldn’t get the winner in normal time.

Greenock were reduced to 10 men and we took advantage of this and got ourselves in front in the first period of extra time. Greenock then reduced to 9 still kept coming at us but we caught them high up the pitch and managed to put the game out of reach and advance to the final. Great heart and dig from every one of the players and a very Well deserved victory. Thank you to the fans who made the trip over 👏👏

WEST OF SCOTLAND CUP SEMI FINAL 🏆

Fc Pather v Greenock High

This Friday sees us take on a top side in Greenock for a place in the final of the west. Greenock will be looking for revenge after knocking them out the Scottish this year but two very good games being played in the right way sets up a cracker this Friday. Looking for a massive crowd to come down and cheer the lads on.
