🤷🏼♀️ Why do we warm up? 🤷🏼♀️
All of our girls, from our wee tinies to our senior group take part in a warm up and stretch every week- but why do we do this?
✨ To prepare our body for exercise by increasing body temperature & blood flow to our muscles
✨ To prevent injury
✨ To improve flexibility and strength
✨ To improve stamina and endurance
✨ To improve balance and coordination
Our girls have been working so hard on this and the improvement we have seen is amazing ! Keep the hard work up girlies 💪🏻
