My final post as Beth Wilson PT 🤍

After nearly 10 years of helping 100’s of women, celebrating all of their wins & developing cherished relationships - I’m closing this chapter and stepping away from personal training to pursue a completely new career path.

The past 10 years have helped to shape who I am. It wasn’t just about the workouts & the programmes - it was about the connections, the conversations, the moments when you see people beam with confidence. Every lady I have trained has taught me something & I’ll carry those lessons with me wherever I go.

I’m so grateful for every single person who trusted me with their journey - you all know who you are 🥲 You’re all absolute angels - thank you 💛

My gym Dad: - you went from being my PT at 16, teaching me all that you know, becoming my gym/work Dad. I appreciate all you’ve done for me & I’ll miss not working alongside you.

The gym: I’ve made amazing friends for life 🫶🏼 thank you for the past 5 years! It’s been a journey to say the least, but I’m proud to have been a part of the story, I appreciate everything and excited to see what comes next for you & 🤍

Here’s to exciting new beginnings ✨ on to the next 📖 huge love 💛

After 3 months away, I’m back! Same class, new name: Ladies Let’s Move 💪🏼🤍

A very special thank you to Stef for holding the fort while I was away — the classes were in the best hands 🤍 and I know everyone loved Stef’s classes! And I’m sure it won’t be the last you see of her 😁

For January, I’ll be running 1 class per week, with friendly sessions including legs, bums & tums, plus higher-energy cardio elements, for those who want a bit more of a challenge!

Everything can be adapted — move at your own pace!

End of this era 🫶🏼 my last class done at until 2026!

Taking this mirror selfie and putting the ‘Valencia’ filter on it took me back to 2019 when I first started personal training.

This will be the longest holiday or break from work (other than Covid, but that doesn’t count, hey) I’ve had and I feel very fortunate to have the opportunity to do this!

My ‘lift & tone’ ladies are amazing & I can’t wait to be back teaching them next year 💪🏼🤍

*IMPORTANT UPDATE* ❣️

As all my clients & closest know - I am getting married in August 💍 and then George & I are embarking on an adventure for our honeymoon, travelling for 3 months 🌏

This will mean that my final working day at will be Friday 12th September and I won’t be returning until January 2026 ❣️

The countdown is on and I only have 9 weeks left at work!!

All of my lovely clients will be receiving a message from me today, with an offer for my final weeks so we can get booked & push you over my final weeks at work 💪🏼

For anyone that is interested in PT - my diary is very full currently. But please still send me a message if you are interested in PT & I will do my best to accommodate you, or pass you on to the fantastic (if his diary also allows) 🙌🏼🙏🏼

OPEN DAY 🌟 today 8am - 4pm! We’ve got a competition running all day 💪🏼 as well as our new smoothie & coffee bar is up and running ☕️ and the launch of 🍽️

Update: I’m still alive & kicking 😂 but as you can see from the attire - I’ve fractured my ankle 😅 and I’ve started lambing my sheep 🐑 *hence the plastic bag covering my support boot for said ankle* so it doesn’t get sheep 💩 on it 😂

If my client’s didn’t already think I was a little crazy, I think this image of me opening the gym this morning on the way home from the lambing shed, may just confirm that yes, I am a little mad 🙈😂

So, this is why I won’t be around at as much over the next couple of weeks! I’ll be busy hobbling around, trying my best to lamb, whilst getting taxi’d around by family 🚙 with a little bit of work here & there!

On that note - I’ll see my Thursday night class ladies as normal this week at 7pm 🤩

Lastly - thank you to all of my lovely clients for their patience over this period 🫶🏼 and I hope everyone enjoys their Easter! 🐣

Normal service will resume by May & I’ve got a couple of exciting things up my sleeve - online & class based 🥳 so keep a look out for that 👀

Coaching isn’t just about enabling someone to lose weight or change their body shape; it’s about enabling them to live a better life. Where it makes their hobbies possible and fulfils their life.

Jodie had always enjoyed running & it was the form of exercise she predominantly did, alongside her physically demanding job.

When Jodie came to me, she was struggling to run off the back of some injuries.

After an in-depth consultation, it was quickly understood that strength training would support her with her running & help to alleviate those injuries that were limiting her!

Fast forward to now, after 4-months of 1-2-1 coaching and online coaching (following a personalised training plan) going forward since then, this is the message I received 🙌🏼💪🏼🫶🏼

Jodie has made incredible changes to her lifestyle, making her gym sessions a non-negotiable, enjoyable part of her week! As a result of her dedication & hard work, she’s gained an amazing amount of strength & muscle mass, which has allowed her to be smashing her running goals 😁

Doing new things in fitness 🏃🏼‍♀️ My first Parkrun & first 5k in a year! Completed it with my Godson in tow which made it much easier & more enjoyable for me 🥰

I have always enjoyed strength training but never had the same love for cardio - like running. So this was so refreshing to really enjoy a form of cardio - even though it was hard 😅

I won’t lie & say I didn’t go in to it slightly dreading it! If it wasn’t for taking my little best mate, I probably wouldn’t have done it!

So the moral of the story is…
Sometimes when it comes to fitness, you do have to force yourself to give something a try. Even if you think you won’t like it. It might actually turn out to be something you love doing. And something which benefits you physically and mentally 🫶🏼

Keeping fit & healthy can be fun!

Ps. If anyone wants to take part - this Parkrun runs every Saturday morning at 9am. Anyone can join in for free & it doesn’t matter if you can’t run. You just turn up & do your best, whatever that may look like.
There’s always someone from there too - so drop us a message if you want to take part but want some company! 😀

The fabulous 🫶🏼 Anna & I have been working together since August 2024 and in that time she has grown SO much - in confidence & in terms of her physique 👏🏼

Like all clients who are new to strength training, we started with learning the basic pillars of training and teaching Anna how to execute the exercises that would form the basis of her training going forward.

With all my PT clients, I offer free use of my training app, which includes access to a personalised training program - for no extra cost! This ensures clients have something to work on when they are not in the gym with me.

Anna has been consistent with her training & applied progressive overload whilst following her training plan & has gained ~3kg of lean muscle tissue 💪🏼 and her shape looks incredible!!

I’m so proud of Anna & all that she has achieved so far! She’s a pleasure to train & I’m so excited to see what she continues to achieve as we work together over this year ☺️
