💥🥊 It gave some of our team a chance to show off some of their techniques and a great chance to show what our gym can offer

◼️Our Black Belt Muay Thai coach, Craig has been coaching and competing in Muay Thai for over 1️⃣6️⃣ years.

🧒🏻👧🏽 We offer Muay Thai classes for Kids 6+ and Adults of all experience levels.

🌊Today we're down at the Winsford Water Festival on The Marina from around 12pm just to give you a little demo of what some of our team have been up to 👀

Shinzoku Ryu Karate will also be there showing you what they're made of 🥋

👧🧑 We're training kids from 6 years old to have fun, learn something new and all in a friendly, supportive and respectful environment ✅✅✅

📈All skill levels are welcome through our doors even if you don't know a thing about Muay Thai 🇹🇭
