Float to Live!

🛟During Drowning Prevention week we're running a colouring competition 🎨to win a pair of goggles and a swim toy.

We have 2 age categories 3 - 7 years and 7 - 12 years.

On the table in the cafe we have colouring in sheets and pencils for you to use or you can take some colouring sheets home and bring them in when they're completed.

Everyone thinks of water safety and thinks of swimming pools, beaches, lakes and rivers... but water safety starts at HOME 🏠

Our top tips 👍
⭐Always empty paddling pools after each use.
⭐Never leave a child unattend with any water... in the bath, hot tubs, water play, paddling pools.
⭐Always check your garden for drowning hazards, empty buckets, bowls, boxes etc can before a drowning hazard.

We're supporting the Royal Life Saving Society UK’s Drowning Prevention Week campaign from
13th - 21st June 2026.
In our swimming lessons during drowning prevention week, we'll be teaching children how to stay safe including self rescue, float to live etc.
