Another good workout for the GKs tonight and although it was a wet ☔️ one they were excellent. 60 minutes of top saves, wrapped up with some distribution 👌🙌⚽️

Goalkeeper training is on tonight, 6-7pm at the Knights Grange. Please bring plenty of water as it will be a warm one 🥵.

Given the temperature the GKs will be granted plenty of recovery in between their drills, and extra water stops.

Evening everyone, a polite notice to inform everyone that we will be training on VERDIN and not Knights Grange. We are extremely grateful to have been granted a small area to use tonight which is off the pitches as a one off until the KG is cut.

NEW session for older Goalkeepers looking for some specialist Goalkeeper training to supplement their club football!

£8 per session, held every Friday at Knights Grange playing field. Timing tbc, likely 6-7pm!

Another good session on the grass, slightly damp but it made for some great low saves and techniques needed to be perfect on the slippery surface 👌
