A great ride was had today. Not too hot,bit of cloud cover and some nice back roads mixed with main roads where needed. Forest,countryside, towns, we had it all today. PR’s on Strava fell like dominoes and Gold’s 🥇 Silver’s 🥈 and Bronze’s 🥉 were bestowed. Follow me and check it on Strava. ‘Twas a good’un!

A hard day was had. Lethargic, but needed to get moving. Nothing more to say than it got done.

Day 34 Ride 11. Quick 21 miles in the bag before a extra free of charge night shift to keep the Engine Room flowing. The effort mat not have been worth it though.. Trek Bicycle

A tough out today. Hot weather, a little lethargic but 7 days off the bike have had a little effect.

The Cows! The cows are back! One thing I love about my cycling adventures are seeing the farm life and livestock! These beautiful beasts are so peaceful and indicative of the rural Cheshire farming life!
