Super excited to announce that myself and Tsvetozar "T" Aleksandrov] will start coaching kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes for 4 to 6 year olds at
( )!! Classes will be at 9am every Saturday (term time) at Bracknell Leisure Center and will focus on developing core skills such as balance, coordination and focus, while building confidence and improving ability to follow direction.

There are plenty of studies out there that report the benefits of a god night sleep for performance. Whether that lack of sleep can decrease testosterone by 10-15% or lack of sleep increasing liklihood of getting sick by 300%
