With Strictly Come Dancing just around the corner, there’s no better time to discover your inner dancer! 💃🕺

My FitSteps journey began in the summer of 2019, when I discovered this A-MAZ-ING dance programme.

I’ve always had a passion for dance, and FitSteps gives me the perfect way to combine music, movement and fun. I love sharing that with my classes and seeing everyone getting lost in the music. 🎶

🏆 A very special recent moment…

In 2025, I was incredibly honoured to receive two awards:

🏆 Regional Instructor South
🏆 Overall FitSteps Instructor of the Year 2025

I’m still a little bit in shock — and hugely grateful.

But I couldn’t stand at the front of a class without the support and encouragement of my wonderful class members… so thank you 💛

💃 A little about me…

I started dancing at the age of 8, from disco through to Ballroom and Latin, competing at venues including the Royal Albert Hall and the Tower Ballroom in Blackpool ✨

And now I get to share my love of dance with you!

With Strictly returning soon, why not have a go at a Waltz, Tango, Jive, Cha Cha, Paso Doble — and many more?

You don’t need to be a dancer. You just need to be willing to give it a go 💃
