Tommy normally looks incredibly good but this summer he’s taking his good looks and perfect summer body to the next level! 😍😍

Maybe I should start endurance sports?? 🤔🤔

Feeling a bit tired 🥱 still at the moment. TW says it doesn’t seem like my body is sore and my tootsies are pretty good but just that I’m a bit whacked from all the travelling in the last week or so 🤷‍♂️.

Anyhoo, didn’t want my grub this morning but did some good stretches. By this afternoon I decided I could partake of a bowl of recovery mash and then I had a lovely massage from Stephanie Tattersall Equine Bodywork 💪 ☺️ who was very complimentary about how I’m looking 😉

😍⬇️ Just dropping in this beautiful young lady before everyone’s eyes become glued to the football! 😍⬇️

Duchess is beginning her journey with her super new human and after having just travelled all the way from Scotland.

We decided to do a little bodywork taster session just so we didn’t overwhelm her and so she can get to know me as she can be a little wary of new people.

She was a darling throughout and seems to be getting those ABSOLUTELY MASSIVE hooves well and firmly set under the table.

I think it’s safe to say that I WANT HER!! 😍😍

Cannot wait to see how the summer unfolds for her and her new human.

🩵 Welly appreciation post! 🩵

This wonderful and handsome boy was one of my first ever clients back when I first qualified in 2019 and he and his human have stuck by me ever since. 🩵

Today was his last massage with me.

I’d like to say he found it as poignant as I did but Welly just scoffed his tea and then proceeded to cover me in it as he is quite partial to kisses. 😘🩵

It was such a lovely morning to spend with Welly and his absolutely incredible human.

He also remains the only horse I’ve ridden other than my own darling boy for many years.

Most of my clients know that I’m super confident with horses on the ground but not so confident whilst on board yet I would trust Welly with my life and didn’t hesitate for one second when his human offered this opportunity.

I feel so lucky to have been a part of this wonderful horse’s life and I think it’s safe to say I’ve made a friend for life with his human over the years. 🩵🩵

TW says that I was more tired after the Wirral than Kings. She’s very impressed. Stephanie Tattersall Equine Bodywork was also impressed when she came for my post ride massage today cos apparently I’m feeling most excellent 💪.

TW is not feeling most excellent. Her legs ache. Her shoulders ache. A lot. When she laughs her stomach muscles are very sore 🙊. And she’s had to have a nap two days on the trot 😝.

Boblet has made lots of comments about how TW shouldn’t be tired cos she was only riding 🤷‍♂️.

Equestrians are strange folk and I’m so so proud to be one of us…

I’ve an evening massage booked in tomorrow but if Archie doesn’t get his tea before 1800 hours he will be royally miffed.

⬇️ So this is me explaining to Archie’s grandmother that he always takes his high tea south facing and so it must be placed in his field to accommodate his preferences…⬇️🤷🏼‍♀️🤣

❓❓ Do anyone else’s horses or ponies have to eat their food in the same position?? Or is it just my weirdly wonderful Welsh chap?? ❓❓ 🤔 🤔

❤️❤️ Massive thank you to Sherry’s human for keeping me updated with her progress! So glad to hear she’s feeling a tad stretchier!! ❤️❤️

And thank you for the truffles!! 🤤 (they 100% got opened during the drive back from the High Peak…I have no will power)

I’m very much looking forward to seeing her again in a couple of weeks!!

🪰🪰It has become clear today that horse ownership comes with a free horse fly diploma.🪰🪰

We appear able to detect their presence from over 100 yards away, know their flight trajectory instantly and instinctively know that sweet time to strike…
